Age: 27

 Daniel Black was born and raised in New Castle, Delaware. For the past 12 years he been creating/performing live music, starting off as a DJ (DJ RIZQ) and finally settling on rapping, years later. After forming Baladon (one of Delaware’s elite groups) and signing acts such as Lotto, Don Kattes, Sin Kattes, J. FRiZ, Ruben Cruzado & Iceman. Within time, he had inked an independent deal with 1st Chapter Records (Operated by the late, Omega – you will be missed). Since then he has worked his own label and has also signed with Nobody Rides 4 Free. His latest release on NR4F “The Cheese Stands Alone” (3rd solo album/2nd on NR4F) has had exceptional feedback from the public, and with such hits like “Born Winner” & “Heat on Blast” the fans can’t get enough! Performing at such festivals as Lounge Battles 6 & 7 (Hosted by underground veteren & co-founder of GrindTime, Mad Illz) and sharing the stage with such names as Jadakiss & Camrom (to name a few), Daniel Black is on his way to being one of the biggest names the first state has ever seen.
